The Energy Conservation Research and Development Center (ENERTEAM) is in cooperation with the Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Development Department – Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) and the World Bank (WB) to organize training courses on “ENERGY AUDITOR” in order to improve knowledge and promote ability of organizations/departments/enterprises/individuals on execution of energy saving and energy efficiency.

The 1^st training has started in HCMC from 28 Sep – 9 Oct 2020 and the 2^nd will be taken placed in Can Tho City from 26 Oct – 6 Nov 2020. The training agenda is within 11 days (lecture and practice in training workshop) based on the official agenda proposed by the MOIT, mainly focusing on the following topics:

Current situation of energy consumption in Vietnam
Financial analysis of energy efficiency projects
Facilities / Utilities and energy saving potential / identification of these system: Steam, refrigerating, air conditioning, furnace, electricity, lighting, pump, fan, compressed air, etc.

Joining the practice training, all trainees have chance to hand on the practice exercises as instructed by lecturers for each training topic as follows:

Identify operating parameters needed to be focused on each system
How to record operating parameters
Evaluate, calculate and propose energy saving solution for each system
Etc.

We always try to set up and do hope to create professional and practice training appropriate to topics in order to help trainees improve their knowledge not in theory but also in practice with system and equipment at training workshop that are demonstrated as same as machinery system / facilities at factories also.
