REGISTRATION FOR JOINING PROJECT ON
“TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMME FOR ENERGY EFFICIENCY DEMONSTRATION PROJECTS IN THE CEMENT SECTOR IN VIETNAM”
ASEAN Low Carbon Energy Programme (LCEP) is a UK Prosperity Fund aid programme delivering green finance and energy efficiency support during the period of 2019 – 2022 for some countries in the ASIA. The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) is the host that is collaborating with the British Ministry of Foreign Affairs (FCO) to implement activities to promote energy saving and efficiency in Vietnam.
At present, ENERTEAM is in collaboration with our international partner, Carbon Trust, to execute the “Technical Assistance Programme for Energy Efficiency Demonstration Projects in the Cement Sector in Vietnam“.
1. WHO CAN JOIN THIS PROJECT?

| 3. | Other project developers in Vietnam with the capacity to develop and implement Energy Efficiency (EE) projects in the cement sector |
The project is able to support the following types of applicants:
- Cement plant owners who are interested to develop an EE project but have not identified any EE projects as ye -> The project will help enterprises absolutely identify how to execute your project efficiently.
- Cement plant owners, ESCOs, or other project developers that have already identified EE measures or technologies and are interested to receive technical assistance.
2. WHAT ARE YOUR BENEFITS WHEN JOINING THIS PROJECT?
- TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE to develop the best EE technologies to achieve significant energy saving
- Successful applicants will also receive support in the development of a bankable Investment Grade Audit
- Especially, the assistance in securing project finance for implementing their proposed Demonstration EE Project
- Support in verifying and reporting on energy saving after developing the project based on the international standard
